Key Projects

I followed workers in a Texas for a project I led at Intel. I spent a few days in a warehouse to see how smart glasses can help and hinder their day to day work. The findings highlighted the challenges of multiple workers sharing glasses.

At Cambia, I brought life and context to our personas by creating a persona room. Teams can find it difficult to understand the differences, but through these interactive exhibits, we made the personas come alive!

My work on the Dexcom G7 informed the merging of the Clarity app and the original app into a single, seamless experience. My research pushed the design team to create a more accessible product.

My Background

I provide a combination of a researcher’s curiosity, a passion for inclusive design, and the experience to get things done. I have a proven track record of leading teams and influencing accessible products and services.
